Faulty flag gets appended when retrying a flow via the "Run again" button, preventing run to start.

Dear Windmillers,
Me and my team are using Windmill EE ver. 1.758.0

One thing that came with the last update from 1.699.0 was this flag that gets added to the flow run, hence making it impossible to re-run. When trying to re-run we are hitting error "Bad request: Only super admins are allowed to use tags that are not included in the allowed CUSTOM_TAGS: CustomTags { global: ["chromium"], specific: {} }"

This tag issue was not present in the last versions of Windmill EE.

How to reproduce:
1. Open a flow via the Windmill UI
2. Run the flow
3. After the flow has completed, press "Run Again"
4. On this flow run page you will be able to see tag override: flow under the Run button
5.Press Run
6. Error will pop-up

The current fixes that I found are:
1. Go to home screen and open the flow + run from there
2. Page back, instead of pressing the run again button.

Could you please help me determine if this is a bug from the new version or perhaps we are missing something?
