Got this to work. I was using docker-compose and not "docker compose", I'm not sure if the later should be backward compatible or not. But I may have been using a old version of docker-compose also...
I might put a warning to not use docker-compose
I should have noticed it, it saids "docker compose" almost everywhere. expect 2 times here it's written docker-compose.
and I was not familiar that they had created a v2 of it.
