Self-hosted: After rebooting my VPS server, I can no longer load Windmill

CapRover no longer loads, and it seems to be due to captain-nginx not running. And looking at the captain-nginx log, could it be related to srv-captain-windmill-lsp? (image attached)

docker service logs captain-nginx --since 5m --follow:
