GHey @mgilliam ! To be clear all you data is stored in the Postgres database, so as long as you do not remove the volume used by the postgres container you should be safe.
Have you removed the dangling images? Those usually takes a lot of disk spaces b/c you basically have one image per windmill version

DI've just tracked down some space issues I've been having to this same problem. It looks like it is dependency handling. Every worker has it's own overlay2 folder even though they share a base image. I don't know how you handle version locking under the hood but if it were possible for workers to share the same overlay fs it'd save N*size amounts of space.
