unable to make changes going forward
we didn't want to remove the feature for older users

The only concern here is at this point I don’t think I can make any changes to the workspace error handler right? I wouldn’t be able to add new args for example since I can’t save the update workspace settings
that's correct, we need to allow disabling it even if non EE
