The flow could not be saved - Flow version not found

Hey! When deploying a flow with a schedule i get the error The flow could not be saved: Internal: /windmill/windmill-queue/src/jobs.rs:3219:34: 26543: Flow version not found This happens in Windmill CE v1.440.1 and also on https://app.windmill.dev/ Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new flow 2. Click Triggers->Schedules 3. Click "Set primary schedule" 4. Click Deploy 5. Click Edit 6. Click Deploy again -> Error When the Schedule is deleted Deploying works again.
