Cannot navigate between Nodes in Decision Tree app component
Hello,
My team and I have encountered an issue with switching between nodes in the decision trees. The next button on the nodes are disabled although the condition on the node has been statically set to
true. Debugging the nodes also has the same results. Attached below is a reproduction of the encountered error. We observed this behavior about the same time as yesterday.

I would also like to take the opportunity to mention sometimes while configuring the decision tree node, using the delete key to clear a text may delete the currently selected component rather than the item in the input text box
