Need help with updating payment method, workspace is down or missing

My company's workspaces seem to be down or disabled. We are in a transition and I know some of the company CCs are failing, can I get some support in updating the payment method details?

What's your workspace-id @ruparocks ? but in general login to your workspace, then workspace settings, Premium -> Customer portal / Update biling settings
