Dropdown menu for resources as param no longer showing

After upgrading from 1.545 to 1.558.0, I no longer see any dropdown menu to select an existing resource for a resource type to pass in to script as param.

figured it out. i opted out of syncing with the hub when i set up the new instance after upgrading version. I synced and now its working
