Hi @Son Tung , you need to ask an administrator of that account to add your email as a billing email @Hugo we should add explanations + billing email to context here

you need to upgrade your license (on that page increase CU) otherwise we won't renew your key and you can go the workers page to see memory limit set per worker which you can change on your service infra (kubernetes or docker compose)

It jumps to 12 because your worker setup - on which we have no control - corresponds to 12 Compute Units Learn more here https://www.windmill.dev/docs/misc/plans_details#setup-and-compute-units

Yes from the Customer Portal https://portal.windmill.dev/, but based on your screenshot above you already have access 🙂 The data is not live however, you have to 'Send usage' from your instance settings https://www.windmill.dev/docs/advanced/instance_settings#telemetry OR wait for a date for the telemetry to ping
Instance settings | Windmill
Instance settings are accessible to all superadmins of your Windmill instance. This is where you manage settings and features across all workspaces. One instance can have several workspaces.
