Where do deleted/removed user scripts go?

Hello,

I have the following questions regarding a deleted user
- What happens to a deleted/removed user scripts and flows?
- Are they removed permanently or transferred to workspace admin?
- What happens when it's an administrative or workspace owner account that is deleted or removed?
