Payment is paid but still my account degrade to free plan and all my script is pause

Apologies, yes the payment went through on our side, let me see what we can do. The workspace got downgraded after payment was failed and retried 3 times

@Angad just to be sure, how did you fix your payment issue ? We would have expected you to do a new plan but it seems you instead just fixed your payment method?

@Hugo for context, the plan should have been just upgraded back to previous plan after payment went through of the failed payment

i think there is some buggy going there in plan it show i am in team plan but i can still see upgrade in user popup
and i can't able to run my script

you have to make a new subscription
you paid for the month you had already use
you have to make a new plans for the future use and you will get a new subscription
for $20 we get 20,000 execution and we use that, after that we paid $20 again means 20,000 more execution
what month is in context
you didn't pay $20 again
you paid the $20 you should have paid already
but the payment failed last month
there is a whole month you didn't pay for because payment failed. you got downgraded at the end of that month
you did fix that payment
but that payment was for the previous month
now you have to make a new subscription
i have one question, if i don't pay the due then at the end of month my plan gona degrade or when limit is overflow then the plan gona degrade
for now i make a new payment but still i have some question regarding pricing and payment

I don't understand the question. If you do not pay then yes the workspace will get downgraded automatically
do i have to make the payment now or at the end of the month
you have to update your subscription, the adjustment will be made automatically
if you do not do it, then yes you are at the risk of getting downgraded although we won't do it for just 1 seat extra
please correct me if i am wrong anywhere @rubenf
Team plan cost $10 per month in which we get 10,000 executions for the whole month if we consume(use) all our execution we have do an upgrade, if we have one seat we have to buy one more seat which cost $10 right ?
you have to have a sufficient number of seats wrt to your number of users or executions, yes
