Cancelled cloud account still getting billed

I've cancelled our cloud account I believe over 2 months ago but still getting "team plan" invoices, all of my workspaces are on the "free plan", could you help me out to check when it was cancelled and how many times after that we kept getting billed, and also stop the billing? I

What's your email you cancelled it sep 1st, and you got a bill at the end of that month because a subscription is for the current month
