AYou can use the CLI sync command in github actions. We have a similar setup in gitlab.

Git sync supports subfolders (windmill to git)
The CLI supports subfolders (you can run wmill sync from within subfolders)
In typescript you can use what we call codebases & bundle to share code with the rest of your codebase: https://www.windmill.dev/docs/core_concepts/codebases_and_bundles
In python right now you would mostly have to also push to windmill the rest of your codebase but we're evaluating a few bundling options as well

Codebases is Beta, only works with TypeScript and is an Enterprise feature for the time being.
